Files and databases are backed up on a frequency, retention period and restore procedure agreed with you before the service starts.
Monitoring & uptime
A 99.99% availability target with continuous monitoring. Measurement, exclusions and incident response are defined in your proposal: an operating target is not a promise of zero downtime.
Updates & maintenance
Included updates and patches are applied according to the agreed technology and scope. Product changes and repairs outside hosting are quoted separately.
Responsive support
A direct email or WhatsApp channel. Acknowledgement, priority, support hours and intervention time are defined in the proposal by incident type.
