Devauras Core, operating under the Devauras brand, designs and builds websites, mobile applications, AI and automation solutions, and digital marketing services. These terms govern all of these services.
Quotes and scope
Every project is defined by a written quote covering scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Only the accepted quote binds both parties; any request outside that scope is handled through an amendment or a new quote.
Intellectual property
Rights to the deliverables (code, design, content created for the project) transfer to the client upon full payment of the agreed price, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Until then, they remain the property of Devauras.
Liability
Devauras’s liability, on any grounds, is limited to the amounts actually invoiced for the project concerned. Devauras cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data or business).
Governing law
These terms and all of our services are governed by Moroccan law.
Contact and disputes
If a disagreement arises, write to us first at contact@devauras.com — almost every issue is resolved through direct discussion. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
