Who we are
Devauras Core, operating under the Devauras brand, is a digital studio established in Agdal, Rabat, Morocco. We design websites, applications and AI solutions for businesses in Morocco and abroad.

What data we collect
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
The form also transmits the language, requested service, submission page, a technical request identifier and, when present, traffic-source and campaign parameters, and Google ad-click identifiers. A referrer URL is reduced to its origin and path; its query parameters are removed.
This information is used to deliver the request, reply, prevent duplicate handling and measure which services generate enquiries. It is never sold or rented, and we do not send a newsletter.
Recipients and retention
Depending on the active configuration, the form sends the request to our email-delivery service and/or our private CRM. Internal alerts go to contact@devauras.com and its backup address. Access is limited to people handling enquiries.
We keep this information for as long as needed to reply, manage the commercial relationship, meet our obligations or defend our rights, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Hosting and server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider generates standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) for technical and security purposes. We do not use them to identify you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, when configured Meta Conversions API, and Hotjar to measure visits, advertising campaigns and how pages are used. These tools load as the page opens and store measurement cookies on your device, notably “_ga”, “_gcl_aw”, “_fbp” and “_hj…”. This site shows no prior consent banner: measurement starts with the page. You can object at any time — see “Opting out of measurement” below.
Google Analytics collects visit and interaction statistics: pages viewed, device and browser type, traffic source, campaign parameters and ad-click identifier where present, forms and buttons used. Google Ads receives a conversion event with a non-personal technical identifier when an enquiry is saved in our CRM. Like any web request, these transmissions include your IP address: Google Analytics 4 uses it to place the visit approximately, then does not retain it. Meta’s tools receive navigation, content, contact and enquiry events. When Conversions API is configured, the name, email address and phone number may be normalized and hashed on our server before being sent to Meta for conversion matching; the message content and clear-text contact details are not sent to Google or Meta. Google and Meta process these data under their own policies: privacy policy. You can also read Meta’s privacy policy.
Hotjar produces heatmaps and de-identified session recordings (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages viewed, device type) so we can see what gets in the way on our pages. What you type into forms is masked at source and is not recorded; we send Hotjar no name, email address or phone number. Hotjar processes these data under its own Hotjar privacy policy.
Opting out of measurement
You can object to this measurement at any time and without giving a reason: refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, install a blocker, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also write to us at contact@devauras.com and we will delete the measurement data concerning you. Opting out changes nothing about your visit — the site remains fully functional.
Your rights
You can request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or its deletion at any time. Simply write to us at contact@devauras.com — we handle every request as quickly as we can.
